Yesterday we (Molly and Grace) arrived at BAC to begin a week-long residency. Anna had to go back to Manchester to do one of those job things, and until she returns Molly and I are working hard on re-writes and mood boards, and talking dramaturgy with Ross Sutherland.

Staying in the building is absolutely amazing: exploring the hotch-potch architecture (more photos to follow) and developing crushes on all the other resident artists. Molly is staying in the Where the Wild Things Are room, complete with rocking bed and den. Grace is in the Melanie Wilson/Frida Kahlo room, which is enlightening and unnerving in equal measure.

Anna joins us on Wednesday when we’ll begin run-throughs with microphones and multiple accordians. Don’t forget to book tickets, and keep checking back here for thoughts, pictures and videos.
